What is an ACH and how do I sign-up?

 

Automated Clearing House (ACH) is the desired loan payment alternative as it is the method of automatically making your monthly payment. It saves you time and money by eliminating check writing, postage, and overnight mailing fees. It also avoids costly late fees because your payment is always received on time every time. ACH even gives you a choice of which day to make the payment. Even though payments are due on the 1st of the month, you can choose certain days during your loan’s grace period to have the payment withdrawn from your project’s account. To set up this free service, just complete the ACH Authorization form and submit to your servicing team at CMI.

 

If loan payment is being mailed, what mailing address should I use?

 

Should you need to send mortgage payments via overnight delivery, please specify delivery 10:00 a.m. and use the following address:

How do I obtain loan details, escrow activity, payment history, loan statements, etc.?

 

LoanStat is the answer.
